Crazy Daizy

We went to the doctor to get the results from Monkey’s ultrasound. When we got there the doctor told me that the results had not been read yet and she would call me with the results, but we did discuss the possible options for treatment. If it was a lymph node we would leave it alone and watch it and if it was something suspicious we would be referred to the surgical clinic to have it removed and tested. We came home and waited anxiously for the phone call. We had been home thirty minutes when she called. The radiologist had done a preliminary reading and said it was just a lymph node. Thank God. There was no breakdown of tissue which would be a sign of infection or a cancer. She told me that he would do an advanced reading later in the week and she would call if there were any changes to the diagnosis, but for now we would just watch it. Again, thank you for your prayers.
